Professional-level CPR and AED certification with First Aid training. Designed for healthcare providers, lifeguards, and other professional rescuers who need to maintain current certifications. **Course Schedule (1 Day, 9 Hours):** 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM ET: Adult CPR and AED — chest compressions, rescue breathing, two-rescuer CPR, AED operation. Choking relief for conscious and unconscious adults. 12:00 PM – 12:30 PM ET: Lunch break. 12:30 PM – 3:00 PM ET: Child and Infant CPR — pediatric compressions, rescue breathing techniques, infant choking relief. AED use for children. 3:00 PM – 5:00 PM ET: First Aid skills — bleeding control, shock management, splinting, burns, allergic reactions, sudden illness. Written exam and practical skills test. **Prerequisites:** None. Open to all professional rescuers and healthcare providers. **Certification:** American Red Cross CPR/AED for Professional Rescuers and Health Care Providers with First Aid — valid for 2 years.
